In 2011, Gene expanded his dog training business and built a 3,000 square foot training kennel on I-40 outside of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Our building includes a state of the art kennel room, a spacious indoor training room and five beautiful acres for outdoor training sessions and play time for the dogs.
The actual kennel room is designed with the dog's comfort and wellbeing in mind. It has epoxy floors (not cement!) and a 15 foot vaulted ceiling to help improve air quality for the dogs.
The kennel room also has multiple thermostats that divide the room into four separate heating zones, which allows us to provide the optimal temperature for all of our canine guests.
We have a variety of run sizes for our guests. Whether you have a Chihuahua or three Great Danes, we have a space that will easily accommodate your pet's needs.
Our five acre campus looks more like a park than it does a dog training facility. The property has well over thirty mature Walnut trees and ten or twelve mature Cedars. We've also got lots of smaller trees and a picturesque stream that runs the length of the property.
The bottom line is we have a state-of-the-art kennel in a beautiful, country setting. This really is a great place to be a dog.
